Product Return Requirements
The return policy lasts for 7 days after you receive the item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging. Package stays undamaged.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be aware that the item shall be sent to WemeMall offices fro returning or replacing instead of to the manufacturer or factory displayed on the package.
If 15 days has gone since the delivery day, WemeMall cannot offer you a refund or replace the item with a new one. Please be kindly informed of this.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, pleaes be aware that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Replace & Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, WemeMall will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will proceed with the next steps, either send a new product to you or refund the money to your account, either of them will be proceeding as per your demand.
If you prefer refund, WemeMall will confirm with you via emails about the refund amount.
Generally, the new item replacement or refund will be done in 2 working days after we receive the item from you.
